As the Head – Operations Excellence & Capability Development, your role is not to manage daily store operations, but to design an operating ecosystem that enables every franchise partner to consistently deliver the BIGGUYS experience.

You will be responsible for building operational frameworks, audit systems, learning platforms, people development, and technology integration that can scale the brand across India and international markets.

- 10+ years in QSR/F&B; Operations

- Experience building SOPs

- Experience designing Audit Systems
