PrimeWealth is looking for a hands-on content professional to lead our presence across social media, YouTube and our website. You will own the complete content execution process, right from planning and publishing social media content to managing new YouTube uploads, optimising older videos and ensuring that SEO-focused articles are properly published on our website. You will work closely with our financial planners, writers, designers and video editors to turn ideas into high-quality content that builds trust and generates business.

Compensation : 12LPA to 18LPA

Location : In Office ( Baner, Pune ) Key Responsibilities Own PrimeWealth’s overall content strategy across social media, YouTube and the website.

Plan and manage the monthly content calendar for all company and founder-led channels.

Manage the complete publishing process across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.

Coordinate with financial planners, writers, designers and video editors to ensure content is delivered on time.

Manage all YouTube operations, including titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, playlists, end screens and publishing.





Regularly review and optimise older YouTube videos to improve click-through rates, watch time and discoverability.

Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts, Reels, carousels, posts and other social media formats.

Manage the uploading and formatting of SEO-focused articles on the company website.

Ensure proper on-page SEO, including keywords, headings, meta descriptions, internal links, images and alt text.

Track content performance across platforms and identify what should be improved, repeated or discontinued.

Monitor comments, messages and audience feedback, and coordinate responses with the relevant team members.

Maintain consistent brand language, visual quality and compliance standards across all published content.

Identify new content formats, platform opportunities and distribution ideas that can strengthen PrimeWealth’s digital presence.

Build systems and processes that allow the company’s content operations to scale as the team grows.

What we are looking for Someone who is strategic but also comfortable executing the work personally.

Strong understanding of social media, YouTube and content-led growth.

Working knowledge of SEO, website content management and performance analytics.

Good writing, communication and coordination skills.

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.

A robust sense of ownership, curiosity and willingness to experiment.

Prior experience with a financial services brand is helpful, but not mandatory.
