Hiring: Branch Product Head – Industrial Products

Location: Patna, Bihar

We are looking for an experienced Branch Product Head to lead and expand our Industrial Products business in Patna. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent business development skills, and proven experience in managing branch operations and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive branch sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Develop business through channel partners, dealers, distributors, OEMs, and project sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, business forecasts, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:





- BE/B.Tech is mandatory.
- 8–15 years of experience in Industrial Product Sales.
- Solid experience in Branch Management, Business Development, Channel Sales, Team Handling, and Key Account Management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Preferred Industry Experience: Industrial Electricals, Low Voltage Switchgear, Industrial Automation, Motors, Pumps, Cables & Wires, HVAC, Industrial Lighting, Building Electrical Solutions, Power Distribution, Capital Equipment, or related Industrial Products.
