Brain Discovery Global School is looking for an experienced

Franchise Sales Head to lead our franchise expansion initiatives across India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

K-12 school franchise sales/business development

, with the ability to identify prospective partners, generate franchise leads, and drive conversions while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute franchise sales strategies to expand the BDGS network.

- Generate and qualify franchise leads through various online and offline channels.

- Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and business discussions with prospective investors.

- Guide prospects through the complete franchise sales process, from enquiry to agreement signing.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees.

- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.





- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and franchise events when required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Mandatory experience in K-12 school franchise sales/business development.

- Proven track record of achieving franchise sales targets.

- Experience in the education industry will be highly preferred.

Skills Required:

- Strong franchise sales and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to build relationships with investors and business partners.

- Robust lead generation and conversion skills.

- Good understanding of the K-12 education sector and franchise business models.
