Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Head – South Region (Projects & P&L;) to establish and lead our South India operations from Bengaluru. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving regional business growth, overseeing project execution, managing Profit & Loss (P&L;), and delivering large-scale corporate interior fit-out projects while working closely with our Mumbai Head Office.

Key Responsibilities N

- Lead and manage the South India business operations.

- Own regional P&L;, revenue, profitability, and cash flow.
N
- Drive end-to-end execution of multiple corporate interior fit-out projects.
N
- Build and lead high-performing project, procurement, contracts, and site execution teams.
N
- Manage contracting, vendor development, procurement, and subcontractor finalisation.
N
- Develop solid relationships with clients, PMCs, consultants, architects, and key stakeholders.
N
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
N
- Monitor project financials, billing, collections, claims, and commercial performance.
N
- Support business development and contribute to regional growth initiatives.
N
- Report directly to the senior leadership team.

Requirementsnn
- 20+ years of experience in the corporate interior fit-out or design & build industry.
N




- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
N
- Proven experience leading large corporate fit-out projects from inception to handover.
N
- Strong experience managing regional operations with full P&L; ownership.
N
- Excellent commercial, contracting, procurement, negotiation, and client management skills.
N
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
N
- Existing relationships within the South India corporate-orientated ecosystem will be an advantage.
N

Preferred BackgroundnCandidates currently working with leading design & build or corporate interior fit-out companies are strongly preferred.
