We are looking for an experienced Head of Process & ERP Transformation to lead enterprise-wide business process transformation and drive large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation across global operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute enterprise-wide process transformation strategy
- Lead end-to-end process redesign across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Sales & Customer Service, PLM and Master Data
- Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from strategy through implementation and stabilization
- Drive Fit-to-Standard, SAP best practices and template-based processes
- Establish process governance, KPIs and continuous improvement frameworks
- Partner with CXOs, business leaders, process owners, IT teams and implementation partners
- Drive organizational change management, user adoption, training and transformation capability building
- Own program governance, risks, dependencies, budgets and business benefits realization

? What We're Looking For





✅ 15+ years of qualified experience in Process Transformation / ERP / Business Transformation

✅ 8+ years leading large-scale ERP transformation programs

✅ Proven delivery of 2+ end-to-end SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA transformation programs

✅ Strong experience in Chemical Manufacturing / Specialty Chemicals / Process Industries / Industrial Manufacturing

✅ Experience managing global, multi-country transformation initiatives

✅ Strong understanding of batch manufacturing, recipe/formulation management, production planning, quality, supply chain, procurement, inventory and product costing

✅ Practical knowledge of SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard, Master Data Governance, Data Migration, Integration, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare

? This is a strategic transformation leadership role for someone who can bridge business processes, manufacturing operations and SAP S/4HANA transformation at an enterprise level.
