We work for 6 days of week candidates

- Production Management: Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, mentor, and manage production staff and operational teams (technicians, supervisors).
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, implement changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict quality control (ISO, etc.) and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage operational budgets, allocate resources, and ensure effective inventory/supply chain coordination.
- Reporting: Track KPIs,



monitor performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Candidate should have 5+ years experience in SPM Manufacturing, should have experience of 20+ years experience in Mechanical Industry, should have experience of General Manager/Head Operations with a minimum experience of 5-10 years

Typical Requirements
- Robust leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, ERP/MRP systems, and quality management (ISO 9001, etc.)
- Qualification :- BE/B Tech/M Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Candidates from Ex Defense with a qualification of BE Mech and Experience of 5-10 Years as Manager in Mechanical Industry
- Salary as per Industry Standards
- Candidates should have minimum notice period upto 1 Month
