Head – HR Business Partner Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 18–25 Years

Key Requirements:

- Full-time MBA/PGDM in HR from a premier institute (XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, SIBM, IIMs, XIMB, etc.).
- 18–25 years of HR experience with 10+ years in strategic HR Business Partnering .
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders in Logistics, Supply Chain,Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs) .
- Strong expertise in HR Strategy, Talent Management, Organization Design, Leadership Development, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Change Management.
- Experience driving organizational transformation, culture, and employee engagement across multiple business units.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience leading HRBP teams in organizations with 2,000+ employees is preferred.
- Robust business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business objectives.
