- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and business performance management.

- Ensure compliance with financial, tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and enhance financial controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership, board, and audit committee reviews.
- Oversee FP&A;, MIS, revenue assurance, banking, direct and indirect taxation, and cash flow management.
- Support debt and equity fundraising, due diligence activities,



and fund management initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- Chartered Accountant and/or MBA (Finance).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in D2C, FMCG, or related consumer-focused businesses.
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, revenue tracking, and risk identification.
- Proven ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
