Location: Bangalore

Experience: 15+ years in General Insurance and/or Insurance Broking

We are looking for a seasoned leader with strong business development capabilities, P&L; management experience, and a proven track record of driving growth and building high-performing teams.

Board Role -

The role will be responsible for driving growth, maintain existing relations, P&L;, corporate client acquisition, insurer relationships, operations and team building, while shaping the long-term strategy of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall P&L;, strategy, and growth of the insurance broking business.
- Drive client acquisition, account management, renewals, cross-selling, and revenue growth.




- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Lead and develop high-performing sales, broking, operations, and client servicing teams.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and scalable business processes.

Candidate Profile

- Robust track record in corporate client acquisition and business development.
- Proven experience in P&L; management, revenue ownership, and team leadership.
- Bangalore market exposure preferred; Kannada language skills are an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial and commercially driven leader with experience scaling businesses.
