Job Summary The Head of Construction will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in managing complex construction operations, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall construction strategy, aligning with company goals and market demands.

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple construction projects, from planning and design to execution, completion, and handover.

- Manage and optimize project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, site supervisors, and construction personnel.





- Establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control standards across all construction sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.

- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and performance.

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and local communities.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with construction projects.

- Implement creative construction techniques, technologies, and sustainable practices to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
