Head – Corporate Housing

Location: Mumbai

IOS Relocations is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Head – Corporate Housing to lead and expand our Corporate Housing business, providing accommodation solutions to multinational clients across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end strategy for corporate housing & temp accommodation (supply, pricing, margins, growth)
- Bring and activate your own corporate client relationships from day one
- Leverage an existing network of serviced apartments, aparthotels, hotels, guest houses, and extended-stay properties across India and internationally
- Negotiate strategic vendor/landlord partnerships — not just process bookings
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new corporate accounts and accommodation demand
- Set SOPs, quality benchmarks, and cost-efficiency targets for the vertical
- Lead and mentor a small team

Qualifications

- 8–12 years in corporate housing, serviced apartments, relocation,



or hospitality — with transparent ownership of a P&L; or business unit (not just vendor/tenancy coordination)
- Existing corporate client relationships you can bring to the table — this is essential, not a nice-to-have
- An active network of temp housing/hotel/guest house properties across India and other locations — you should be able to source supply on day one, not build it from scratch
- Proven experience growing an accommodation portfolio or accommodation revenue line
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills — you think like a business owner, not an admin function
