Web3 Social & Community Lead – India

We’re hiring an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and scale the India-focused social presence of a Tier-1 global crypto exchange .

This is not just a content posting role.

We’re looking for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of Twitter/X and Instagram, from strategy and content to community engagement, daily execution, growth, and performance.

What you will own:

- Build and execute the social media strategy for the Indian market
- Own the day-to-day management of Twitter/X and Instagram
- Develop content calendars and identify relevant content opportunities
- Work closely with creative teams to produce platform-native content
- Write and adapt copy that feels relevant to the Indian crypto audience
- Manage replies, comments, conversations, and community interactions
- Identify trends, narratives, memes, and cultural moments the brand should participate in
- Develop strategies to consistently grow followers, engagement, reach, and brand relevance
- Track performance and continuously iterate based on what’s working
- Take complete ownership of the social channels and their growth

Who we’re looking for: We are specifically looking for someone with solid, proven experience scaling social media accounts.

You should have:

- Extensive hands-on experience managing and growing Twitter/X and Instagram




- A strong understanding of social media growth, content strategy, and community building
- Experience building content specifically for an Indian audience
- A strong understanding of internet culture and what makes content perform organically
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- The ability to operate independently and take ownership rather than wait for instructions
- Experience in crypto/Web3, fintech, tech, consumer internet, or similarly fast-moving industries is a major plus

Proof of work is critical We care significantly more about what you’ve actually built and scaled than credentials.

Compensation:

₹18 LPA, based on experience and proven track record.
