Company Description IOS Relocations a 30+ year organization is looking for a Head of Branch Operations to lead and unify our operations across all three regions. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to Head of Operations owning strategy, execution, and P&L-level; accountability across geographies. The role involves leading and scaling our end-to-end relocation service delivery from move planning to execution and client handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive daily operations across Bangalore and south locations
- Drive Operational excellence and process governance
- Build and manage vendor/partner network (movers, packers, customs, agents)
- Own SLAs, service quality, and client satisfaction end-to-end
- Lead and mentor the operations team; set processes & KPIs
- Manage operational budgets, cost control, and vendor negotiations
- Partner with sales/CS teams to ensure a smooth pre- to post-move experience




- Identify process gaps and drive systems/automation for scale

Qualifications

- 10 - 14 years in operations, with relocation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience (relocation industry strongly preferred)
- Proven experience managing teams and vendor networks
- Solid process orientation, comfortable building SOPs from scratch
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication
- Data-driven decision-making; comfortable owning P&L-linked; metrics
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore To Apply
