The Head Mixologist is responsible for leading all bar operations, developing creative beverage programs, creating signature cocktails, maintaining international service standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on beverage innovation, profitability, team leadership, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with food safety and liquor regulations while enhancing the resort's beverage identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the complete operations of all bars and beverage outlets within the property.
- Design, develop, and regularly update innovative cocktail, mocktail, and premium beverage menus.
- Create signature cocktails that reflect the resort's brand identity and guest preferences.
- Ensure the highest standards of beverage quality, consistency, presentation, and guest service.
- Train, mentor, and develop Bartenders, Senior Bartenders, and Bar Associates on mixology techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.




- Conduct regular beverage tastings, cocktail workshops, and skill enhancement sessions for the team.
- Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, sake, liqueurs, bitters, syrups, infusions, and premium beverages.

Minimum Qualification Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management Minimum Job Experience Minimum 8–12 years
