Reporting to: AVP Operations & Management

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and dynamic Head of HR to lead the organization’s entire Human Resources function across all locations in India. The role involves driving HR strategy, managing large-scale manpower operations, overseeing payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Hands-on expertise in greytHR or similar HRMS software is mandatory.

This position requires solid leadership, exceptional operational control, and the proven ability to manage 1200+ employees across multiple sites with discipline, efficiency, and structured HR governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the full HR function across all company locations.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and on-boarding processes.
- Drive monthly payroll processing through greytHR or similar HRMS software.
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.




- Lead performance management, appraisal systems, and capability development.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and workforce deployment across sites.
- Manage and coordinate a diverse workforce of 1200+ employees from multiple locations across India.
- Oversee HR audits, compliance reviews, and internal governance processes.
- Advise senior management on HR strategy, organizational planning, and workforce efficiency.
- Handle high-pressure situations, operational challenges, and decision-making in manpower-critical environments.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably handling large-scale manpower.
- Mandatory experience with greytHR or similar HRMS software.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and multi-state compliance.
- Proven leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HR data reporting. Role & responsibilities
