About Our Client - Our client is a rapidly expanding BPO specializing in customer experience, outsourcing and digital transformation services, supporting businesses across multiple international markets with a strong focus on operational excellence and innovation.

- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers and employee separations.

- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labor laws and audit requirements.
- Partner with business leaders on employee relations, engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
- Oversee HRMS data accuracy, reporting and process standardization initiatives.
- Support administration and workplace management through vendor and facilities coordination.
- Prepare HR dashboards,



MIS reports and workforce analytics for leadership review.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, employee experience, and service delivery.

The Successful

Applicant - 10-12+ years of HR leadership experience within International BPO workplace, with expertise in HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance and Employee Relations.
