Role Description The Head – Enterprise SAP Applications is a full-time, on-site role based in Palwal, Faridabad, Harayana responsible for leading the overall strategy, implementation, and optimization of SAP applications across the enterprise. As a part of this role one is responsible for end-to-end ownership of SAP applications; business process governance across Manufacturing, Projects (EPC), Supply Chain and Finance; managing our AMS partner against defined SLAs; user access, authorizations and SoD; managing SAP's scheduled release upgrades; serving as the IT interface for statutory, internal and cost auditors; and driving the SAP roadmap and continuous improvement agenda.

8+ years of hands-on SAP experience with strong depth in PP, FI/CO and MM;

experience in a project-based / engineer-to-order manufacturing or EPC environment; at least one full-cycle SAP implementation; working knowledge of S/4HANA Public Cloud (fit-to-standard, Central Business Configuration, Fiori, release management, clean core); solid understanding of SAP authorizations, SoD and Indian statutory compliance (GST, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill, TDS); and proven vendor/AMS management capability.

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs, optimize SAP processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Proven team management capabilities, including leading cross-functional SAP teams, mentoring staff, and fostering team-oriented work environments.

Deep knowledge of information technology, including enterprise architectures, SAP ecosystems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, SAP modules), and integration with other core systems.

Demonstrated project management experience in planning, executing, and delivering large-scale SAP implementations or upgrades on time and within budget.

Background in software development or solution design, with the ability to work with technical teams on configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

This is an on-site role based at Palwal, Faridabad, with travel to plants and project sites as required.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business leaders and translate functional needs into SAP solutions.

Experience in consulting or in a similar leadership role within enterprise applications, preferably in a technology or data-focused organization.
