Group Head – Export & International Business

⏩ Reporting To: CMD and Chief Operating Officer (COO)

✅ About the Role

Leading Aluminum Engineering Company is seeking a agile and globally experienced Group Head – Export & International Business to lead the Company's international business strategy and export operations. The incumbent will be responsible for expanding Company's global presence, identifying new international markets, developing strategic partnerships, increasing export revenues, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations while positioning the Company as a preferred global engineering and manufacturing partner.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Group's international business and export strategy in line with Business Plan.

Identify and develop new export markets, distributors, channel partners, and strategic alliances.

Drive export sales growth and achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, OEMs, EPC contractors, distributors, and government agencies.

Lead international business development, market research, and competitive analysis.

Manage export pricing, commercial negotiations, contracts, and international tenders.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, export documentation, INCOTERMS, DGFT requirements,



and foreign trade policies.

Coordinate with Production, Design, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

Represent at international trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and global business forums.

Develop market entry strategies for new countries and strengthen the Company's global brand presence.

Monitor export performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing international business team.

Qualifications

MBA in International Business, Marketing, or International Trade (Mandatory).

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration preferred.

✅ Experience

15–20 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Global Business Management.

Minimum 5–8 years in a senior leadership role.

Must have experience in manufacturing or engineering industries with proven success in developing international markets and managing export operations.
