Key Responsibilities
Monitor training sessions to ensure IIT-standard academic quality.
Conduct mock interviews, GDs, and communication skill workshops.
Build and manage corporate partnerships for successful student placements.
Organise placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement events.
Track student progress, employability, and placement success metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Education, HR, or related field.
8–12 years in training/education/placement management with leadership exposure.
Strong expertise in soft skills, career coaching, and placement strategy.
Proven success in education quality management & student placements.
