Head – Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising

Rising Star Khilte Chehre (RSKC)

? Ashok Vihar, Delhi | Full-Time | On-Site

About RSKC

Rising Star Khilte Chehre is a social-impact organisation working towards confidence, dignity, independence and inclusion of visually impaired people.

Through accessible travel, experiences, community initiatives and sensitisation, we create opportunities for visually impaired individuals to explore the world, become more independent and challenge society’s assumptions around disability.

We are now looking to significantly scale our impact by building meaningful partnerships with corporates, promoters, foundations, HNIs, family businesses and institutions.

The Role

We are looking for a senior, result-oriented Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising professional who can independently build this vertical for RSKC.

This is not a telecalling or bulk-email fundraising role.

We need someone who can study a company, understand its business and values, identify the right partnership opportunity, reach the relevant decision-makers, create a strong proposal, present it confidently and take the relationship through to closure and long-term association.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach corporates, CSR teams, promoters, HNIs, foundations, family offices and other potential partners.
- Build relationships with Founders, CEOs, CSR Heads, HR Heads, Marketing Heads and senior decision-makers.
- Create customised partnership ideas based on each company’s business, brand, customers and social priorities.
- Develop professional proposals, presentations, budgets and partnership concepts.
- Build opportunities across CSR, philanthropy, sponsorships, cause marketing, employee engagement, dealer networks and strategic collaborations.
- Lead initial meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups independently.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, proposals,

meetings and expected closures.
- Convert one-time donors into long-term partners.
- Coordinate partner reporting, engagement, visibility and renewals after funding is received.
- Work closely with the Founder, involving him primarily at the strategic or final-closure stage.

Who We Are Looking For Preferred experience: 5–10 years in one or more of the following:

- Corporate Fundraising
- CSR Partnerships
- Strategic Alliances
- Institutional Fundraising
- Corporate Sponsorships
- B2B Business Development
- Key Account Management
- HNI / Family Office Relationships
- Cause Marketing / Social Impact Partnerships

Previous NGO experience is preferred but not compulsory. Strong B2B or partnership professionals from the corporate sector who have demonstrated experience in opening new accounts, meeting senior decision-makers and closing significant business relationships are also encouraged to apply.

Essential Skills

You should be able to demonstrate:

- Solid relationship-building and networking skills
- Confidence approaching senior corporate leaders
- Excellent presentation and negotiation ability
- Strong written communication and proposal-development skills
- Ability to ask for funding confidently
- Persistence and comfort with rejection and follow-up
- Independent working ability
- Commercial understanding along with sensitivity towards the social sector
- Strong ownership and result orientation
- Ability to convert an idea into an executable and fundable partnership

This Role Is Probably Not For You If

- Your fundraising experience is mainly bulk emailing or donation calling.
- You require the Founder to generate every lead or attend every first meeting.
- You are uncomfortable prospecting and approaching new organisations.
- You measure success only through calls, emails or meetings rather than qualified opportunities and closures.
- You have never independently handled a partnership/business-development cycle.

Location & Travel
- Full-time, on-site role at Ashok Vihar, Delhi
- Monday to Saturday
- Regular corporate meetings within Delhi/NCR
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required for RSKC programmes and partnerships.

Compensation Competitive and commensurate with experience, previous achievements and demonstrated ability to originate and close partnerships.

Performance-linked incentives may additionally be offered against clearly defined organisational goals.

How to Apply

Please apply with your CV and briefly answer the following:

1. What is the largest corporate partnership, sponsorship, fundraising relationship or B2B account that you personally helped originate or close? Mention the approximate value and your exact role.

2. Share one example where you successfully reached and converted a decision-maker with whom you had no prior relationship.

3. What kind of corporate partnerships do you believe could be created around disability inclusion, accessible travel and empowerment?

Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical RSKC corporate-partnership case to evaluate their actual approach, thinking and execution capability.

We are looking for someone who does not simply ask companies for donations , but can make a company genuinely feel:

“This is a partnership our organisation should be proud to be associated with.”
