Job Title: Head Chef (Continental Cuisine)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Head Chef specializing in Continental cuisine to lead our cafe kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 year of relevant experience and a robust understanding of Continental dishes, presentation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present a variety of Continental dishes as per menu standards
- Plan, design, and update menu items based on trends and customer preferences
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, and hygiene practices




- Coordinate with the purchase/store team for timely availability of ingredients
- Train and mentor kitchen staff when required
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 year of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a cafe/restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations, costing, and inventory control
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity in food presentation and menu planning

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
