Delhi Public School, Gurugram, Sector 67A is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the planning, development, and launch of its upcoming Residential Boarding Programme.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, development, and setup of the boarding facility.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and service partners.
- Ensure a safe, modern, student-friendly, and nurturing residential environment.
- Develop SOPs, policies, systems, and processes for boarding.
- Oversee security, housekeeping, dining, healthcare, pastoral care, and student wellbeing.
- Develop the boarding school concept, positioning, and admissions strategy.
- Drive pan-India outreach, admissions, education fairs, and partnerships with consultants and feeder schools.
- Recruit, train, and lead wardens, residential staff, nurses, counsellors, and support teams.
- Establish a strong culture of discipline, care, student wellbeing,



and community living.
- Take ownership of the boarding programme from concept to execution and successful launch.

Desired Profile

- Experience in boarding schools, residential education, hospitality, student housing, or residential campuses.
- Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills.
- Understanding of the K–12 residential education ecosystem preferred.
- Ability to independently drive a project from planning to execution.
