Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head Accountant for our Construction/EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire finance & accounts function, project accounting, statutory compliance and leading the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Book Closure: Oversee General Ledger, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation and ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual book closure
- Project Accounting: Handle Project-wise Accounting, WIP - Work in Progress, Cost Control, Budgeting and Project Costing
- Tax & Compliance: Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance. Handle filing and audits
- Financial Reporting: Prepare MIS, Financial Statements, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual and Dashboard for management
- Audit: Coordinate with Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Tax Audit teams
- Team Leadership: Manage and train the finance & accounts team. Ensure process adherence
- Coordination:



Work closely with Site Team, Project Managers, Procurement and Vendors for cost verification and payments
- Vendor/Contractor Billing: Process RA Bills, Retention Money and Contractor Payments

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with minimum 3-4 years in Construction/EPC Industry preferred
- Education: CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / http://B.Com / http://M.Com
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Tally Prime, Tally ERP, SAP FICO or Oracle. Hands-on with GST Portal

-Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Project Accounting, Cost Control, Budgeting, Statutory Compliance
- Skills: Leadership, Analytical Skills, Stakeholder Management, Communication
- Other: Must be willing to travel for project audits as and when required

What We Offer
