- Experience in design of components with various manufacturing processes like, Stamping, Molding & Machining.

- Proficient in Creo & SolidWorks CAD software (Creating 3D models, Sheet Metal,



2D drawing and Assembly)

- Hands on experience in Windchill PDM / PLM for managing lifecycle of the components.
N
- Experience in GeometricDimension & Tolerancing (GD&T;)
N
- Knowledge in Tolerance stack up analysis.
N
- Solid knowledge in manufacturability considerations for Sheetmetal & Plastic
N
- Knowledge on DFMEA and identify relevant product risks.
N
- Identifying the suitable material, apply DFM/DFA concepts in design and familiar with latest engineering design and methods, tools, and processes.
N
- Experience with standard NPI / NPD process. Understanding of compliance requirements.
