We're looking for experienced Oracle HCM Functional Lead Consultants to join a leading global consulting organization.

Location: Hyderabad / Kolkata Experience: 8–15 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Compensation, Payroll, Advantages, and/or OTL modules.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support projects.
- Minimum of 4 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Experience with functional design, testing, workflow approvals, and security.




- Ability to work with technical teams and interact directly with clients.
- Knowledge of HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, and BI Reporting is an added advantage.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are highly preferred.
