About the Role

Agilys Nxt is hiring experienced HCC Medical Coders to join our team in Hyderabad. We are seeking detail-oriented, certified coding professionals with hands-on experience in Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) risk adjustment coding.

Note: This is a strict Work-from-Office position. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze clinical medical records, progress notes, and diagnostic reports to identify accurate diagnoses for HCC risk adjustment.
- Assign correct ICD-10-CM codes following official coding guidelines, CMS rules, and company compliance standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation capturing to support disease burden and Risk Adjustment Factor (RAF) scores.
- Maintain high standards of coding accuracy, productivity, and quality metrics.




- Collaborate with internal quality assurance teams and auditors to resolve coding queries and discrepancies.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of core experience specifically in HCC Medical Coding . (Freshers are not eligible).
- Certifications: Active certification from AAPC (e.g., CRC, CPC) or AHIMA (e.g., CCS) with active membership credentials.
- Availability: Immediate joiners only.
- Work Setup: In office capability for 100% work-from-office in Hyderabad.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding systems, CMS-HCC risk adjustment models, and medical terminology.
