? WE ARE HIRING – HARDWARE ENGINEER Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Fab city, Hyderabad Department: Hardware Engineering Reports To: Hardware Engineering Manager About the Role We are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware design, development, testing, debugging, and product validation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power circuit design and experience taking products from concept through prototype, validation, and production.

Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and validate analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.

- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs using Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar EDA tools.
- Perform circuit simulation, worst-case analysis, signal integrity, and power integrity analysis.
- Select components based on performance, cost, availability, reliability, and lifecycle.
- Design and validate power supplies including LDO, Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost, Flyback, isolated converters, and battery management circuits.
- Perform power supply testing for load/line regulation, efficiency, ripple/noise, transient response, thermal performance, and protection behavior.
- Develop hardware test plans and perform board bring-up, functional testing, debugging, and validation.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams.
- Support DFM, DFT, DFA, EMI/EMC, safety, and certification activities.
- Debug hardware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, DMMs, electronic loads, power analyzers, and thermal cameras.
- Perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production and field issues.




- Prepare technical documentation, design reviews, and test reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to hardware design best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.

- 4–6 years of relevant hardware design and development experience.
- Strong knowledge of analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power circuit design.
- Experience with Altium, Cadence OrCAD, KiCad, or similar PCB design tools.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electronic component datasheets.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment.
- Solid knowledge of LDOs, DC-DC converters, isolated power supplies, MOSFETs, inductors, capacitors, diodes, and battery charging/management.
- Experience with OVP, OCP, OTP, short-circuit, and reverse-polarity protection.
- Experience with I²C, SPI, UART, USB, CAN, and Ethernet.
- Understanding of EMI/EMC, thermal, signal integrity, and power integrity considerations.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience with high-speed digital interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, etc.

- Exposure to RF design and antenna integration.
- Experience with FPGA or embedded hardware.
- Knowledge of IPC, UL, CE, FCC, and other relevant standards.
- Experience taking products from prototype to mass production.
- Familiarity with Python or scripting for test automation.
