Key Responsibilities

- Design and validate hardware for ADAS systems, ensuring functional correctness and design feasibility.

- Design and maintain footprint libraries, schematic parts, and ECAD; perform routing, electronic calculations, and simulations for ADAS hardware designs.

- Lead PCB design involving high-speed communication protocols, microprocessor/microcontroller architecture, power supply design, image sensors, and ISP.

- Own DFMEA and reliability activities across hardware programs.

- Resolve EMI/EMC issues in compliance with automotive standards.

- Design using PMICs; design and program communication protocols including I2C, SPI, and QSPI.

- Drive prototype delivery, debugging, rework, board bring-up, and manufacturing support, including hardware defect documentation and tracking.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the hardware product team; guide technical assignments and ensure team effectiveness and development.

- Collaborate across Mechanical, Hardware, Software, Requirements, and Architecture teams in a geographically distributed, culturally diverse environment.

Requirements





- 12+ years of experience in Hardware Product Design.

- Robust hands-on experience designing PCBs with high-speed communication protocols, microprocessor/microcontroller circuits, power supply design, image sensors, and ISP.

- Proven experience with DFMEA and reliability engineering.

- Experience resolving EMI/EMC issues per automotive standards.

- Experience designing using PMICs and working with I2C, SPI, QSPI protocols.

- Hands-on debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and related instruments.

- Prior experience mentoring engineers and leading technical assignments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in geographically distributed, cross-functional, and culturally diverse teams.
