Position:

Role Overview:

We are looking for 3 years to 5 years of experience, with MBBS + MD/MS qualification/DNB and hands-on experience in OPD/IPD handling to join Healic Healthcare. The Medical Officer (Specialty as applicable) will support OPD, IPD, general surgeries, Laparoscopy and obstetrics procedures while ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct OPD consultations for gynaecological and obstetric patients.
- Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures including Open, Laparoscopic, and Laser surgeries with clinical competence and adherence to established medical protocols.
- Manage antenatal and postnatal care, including routine check-ups and high-risk pregnancies.
- Perform normal deliveries and assist/manage C-sections as required.
- Diagnose and treat gynaecological disorders such as PCOS, fibroids, infections, and menstrual irregularities.
- Perform minor and major gynaecological procedures as per expertise.
- Maintain accurate medical records, case sheets, and discharge summaries.
- Provide counseling to patients regarding reproductive health, family planning, and preventive care.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, pediatricians, anesthetists,



and other departments for smooth patient management.
- Guide, support, and provide clinical training to junior medical staff as required, ensuring adherence to best medical practices and hospital protocols.
- Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of surgical services.

Requirements:

- MBBS + MD/MS in Obs & Gynaecology or DNB.
- Valid State Medical Registration is mandatory.
- Comfortable with a 9-hour day shift (9am to 6pm / 10am to 7pm) and available on call thereafter.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in OPD and IPD.
- Ability to assist in general surgeries, deliveries, and C-section procedures.
- Good communication, patient-handling skills, and teamwork ability.
