Job Summary The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable cinema experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional approach.
- Check tickets and guide guests to the correct auditorium and seats.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of guest areas.
- Assist guests with information regarding movies, show timings, offers, and facilities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth cinema operations.
- Support food & beverage and other operational activities when required.
- Follow company SOPs, safety, security, and customer service standards.
- Assist during opening, closing, and peak-hour operations.




- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and deliver a positive movie-going experience.

- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualification
- Minimum 10+2; graduation preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, cinema, or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
