Position: Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B; Service

Department: Food & Beverage Service

Reports To: F&B; Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests while maintaining the hotel’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and attend to guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Set up and clear tables as per hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Explain menu items and assist guests with their selections when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.




- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper billing and payment procedures are followed.
- Maintain adequate stock of service items and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and food safety standards.
- Support the team during events, banquets, and busy service periods.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 per month
