Guest Relations Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience from arrival to departure. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

The Guest Relations

Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and provide comprehensive information about the property's facilities and services.

- Act as a primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, recommendations, and personalized services to enhance their stay.

- Handle guest complaints and challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency,



striving for a positive outcome.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, dining options, and transportation to provide accurate and helpful recommendations to guests.

- Coordinate with various departments, including Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Concierge, to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.

- Process guest check-outs, inquire about their experience, and encourage feedback to continuously improve service quality.

- Assist with managing guest profiles, preferences, and special requests in the property management system (PMS).

- Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and additional services to guests where appropriate.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering concerns.

- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting the brand's commitment to excellence.

- Prepare daily reports on guest feedback, incidents, and resolutions for management review.
