Job Summary

Sattavaa Hospitality is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth dining experience, handling guest requests, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a skilled approach to guest service.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with seating and table arrangements.
- Manage reservations and coordinate table availability.
- Understand guest preferences and provide personalized service.
- Explain menu items, promotions, and special offers when required.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the service, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up with guests during and after their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant.
- Build positive relationships with regular guests and encourage repeat visits.
- Assist with special occasions,



VIP guests, and restaurant events.
- Maintain guest records and feedback when required.
- Ensure the highest standards of hospitality and customer service are maintained.

Requirements
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, or Restaurant Service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Good knowledge of English; Malayalam and/or Hindi is an advantage.
- Ability to handle guest complaints calmly and professionally.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer and POS knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary Salary can be negotiated based on experience.
