- Guest Assistance: Welcome patients and visitors warmly and assist them with enquiries, appointments, directions, and hospital services.
- Patient Coordination: Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth patient and guest experiences.
- Query & Complaint Handling: Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
- Communication & Support: Maintain clear, polite, and qualified communication with patients, attendants, and visitors throughout their hospital journey.
- Guest Experience: Monitor patient/visitor satisfaction and support the hospital in maintaining high standards of service quality and hospitality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
