You will work directly with the founders and have the autonomy to shape how Defyn grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and improve the entire customer journey—from attracting the right audience to increasing conversions.

- Build scalable systems that continuously strengthen our growth engine.

- Explore, test, and scale new acquisition channels—from communities and partnerships to referrals, content, and emerging platforms.

- Use AI to research faster, uncover insights, automate workflows, generate ideas, and build better systems.





- Develop strategies that increase Defyn's visibility across AI-powered search and recommendation platforms.

- Create thoughtful mechanisms that educate, engage, and build trust with every lead through content, CRM journeys, founder communication, and follow-up systems.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in growth, strategy, marketing, consulting, or business development.

- Think in systems, not campaigns.

- Naturally curious and enjoy solving complex growth problems.

- Use AI to accelerate execution and improve decision-making.

- Move quickly, take ownership, and thrive in high-performance environments.
