Makoons Play School is looking for a dynamic and growth-focused professional to join our Head Office team as a Growth Assistant Manager . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business expansion initiatives across different regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support organizational growth.
- Drive sales and business development activities to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research, field visits, and business meetings.
- Support franchise expansion and growth initiatives.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
- Prepare and share regular reports on business development activities and growth performance.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Growth, or Expansion roles.
- Experience in the Education Industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for business meetings and expansion activities.
