? Hiring: Growth Manager | Gurgaon | 4–6 Years

We're partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led company that's looking for a Growth Manage r to own customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth initiatives. If you're passionate about building scalable growth engines and enjoy working at the intersection of Performance Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation, and Analytic s, this could be an excellent opportunity.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Drive acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, RCS, and other digital channels.

✅ Own CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and In-App journeys.

✅ Optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, retention, and customer lifetime value.

✅ Design and execute automated customer journeys using tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Netcore, or similar platforms

✅ Conduct A/B testing and leverage data to continuously improve marketing performance





✅ Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to drive growth

We're looking for someone with :

✔️ 4-6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing

✔️ Robust hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms✔️

Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, SQL, Mix panel, AppsFlyer, or Amplitude

✔️ A data-driven mindset with a strong bias for experimentation and execution

✔️ Prior experience in FinTech, Consumer Internet, SaaS, E-commerce, or other high-growth startup environments is preferred
