Ambarion is still young. We're building something real — part café, part co-working, part community — and like every early-stage brand, we're not chasing perfection, we're chasing momentum.

Right now, we need someone who understands how cafés actually make money — not just how to run one.

What you'll actually be doing:

- Owning day-to-day operations at Ambarion — end to end
- Understanding and optimizing the numbers that matter: food cost %, table turnover, footfall vs. revenue, peak-hour utilization, and menu profitability
- Building genuine relationships with customers and members — not just "managing" them
- Driving business growth through offline (footfall, local tie-ups, partnerships) and online (social, digital presence) channels
- Working hand-in-hand with the on-ground Ambarion team — coordinating, not commanding
- Reporting directly to the Founder's Office — your work will be seen and valued at the top

Who we're looking for:

- Prior experience in café, QSR,



or hospitality operations — someone who's seen how a small F&B; business either bleeds money or turns a profit, and knows the difference
- Comfortable with the business side: cost control, vendor negotiation, wastage reduction, pricing strategy — not just service and ambience
- Hungry to prove themselves, not looking for a "settled" job
- Genuinely excited by the idea of growing with a brand, not just growing within one
- Based in or willing to relocate to Raipur

Let's be upfront: Ambarion is in its early, high-effort, low-margin phase — we're building, not scaling yet. This role starts at ₹30,000–₹35,000/month depending on experience. What we're offering beyond the number is real ownership: if you know how to make a café profitable, you'll have the room here to actually prove it.
