About the role

We're hiring our first dedicated marketing person — someone who can own strategy, content (including video), and lead generation end-to-end. You won't be executing a pre-built playbook. You'll be building it from scratch for a market that doesn't run on generic marketing templates: Tamil Nadu manufacturing/engineering SMBs and IT/professional services companies across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune.

What you'll own

✅ Marketing strategy and channel planning for SMB lead gen

✅ Content: LinkedIn posts, case studies, email, landing pages

✅ Video: product demos, founder clips, customer testimonials (shot + edited by you)

✅ Lead gen: WhatsApp Business campaigns, LinkedIn/Google Ads, local SEO





✅ Channel partner co-marketing (we already work with partners like Infracurve)

✅ Local presence: industry associations and trade bodies (CODISSIA, TASMA, etc.)

✅ Reporting: MQLs, cost-per-lead, and channel ROI

What we're looking for

? 0-4 years marketing experience, B2B SaaS or B2B services preferred

? Startup/scrappy environment experience — comfortable doing more with less

? Robust, human writing voice — no corporate-speak

? Can shoot and edit basic short-form video (phone + CapCut/Premiere Rush level is fine)

? Some experience running paid campaigns (LinkedIn/Google Ads)

? WhatsApp Business marketing, CRM, or partner marketing experience

Compensation

Based on experience + performance incentives tied to lead/pipeline targets.
