Someone with previous experience growing an agency, creative business, service company, or similar business. You should be comfortable with outreach, partnerships, sales conversations and figuring things out without needing a playbook for everything. This is a full-time role, and you’ll be working with the Founder as you figure out and scale what our growth engine should look like.
