Role Description: The Growth Intern will support day-to-day growth and marketing activities to help expand V2Minds’ user base and deepen engagement. This internship role is remote with work location in Bangalore.

Typical responsibilities may include assisting with market research, helping plan and execute growth experiments, contributing to social media and community initiatives, and supporting analytics and reporting on key performance metrics. The intern will also help coordinate user feedback, participate in brainstorming sessions on product positioning, and contribute to campaign content and outreach.



This role is designed to offer hands-on experience in startup growth and founder branding, with opportunities to learn across marketing, product, and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Interest in growth, marketing, or product development, with the ability to learn quickly and apply insights to real-world projects.
- Strong research and analytical skills, including comfort with collecting data, identifying trends, and summarising findings clearly.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact professionally with users.
- Basic familiarity with digital tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and social media or community platforms.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, design, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Genuine interest in privacy, consumer technology, and products that focus on personal memories and digital security.
- Prior internship or project experience in growth, marketing, or product-related roles is a plus but not required.
