SARAS is the world's first AI-exclusive, online, degree-granting Institution . Licensed in Utah. Built out of Gurugram. We are not another company teaching AI as an elective — we are the institution being built for the AI era.

The Founder's Office is where the biggest bets get made. Institutional partnerships with universities across the US, APAC, and India. New markets. New programs. The stuff that decides whether SARAS becomes a footnote or a legacy.

We want someone in the room while that happens. Not fetching coffee. Executing.

What you'll actually do

- Sit inside the Founder's Office and work directly on live Growth initiatives — partnerships, GTM, outreach, campaigns.
- Own real deliverables end-to-end: research, decks, trackers, outreach systems, launch copy. If you build it, your name is on it.
- Chase down data, turn it into decisions, and put those decisions in front of people who move fast.
- Talk to universities, partners, and prospects. Represent SARAS like you own a piece of it — because if you're positive, you will.
- Break things, fix them faster, and never make the same mistake twice.

Who we're looking for

You are early in your career — fresher or under 2 years in. That's not a gap. That's the point. We want raw horsepower, not baggage.

You should be

- Confident without being loud. You can walk into a conversation with a decision-maker and hold your own.
- Polished. Your writing is clean.



Your decks don't embarrass anyone. Your emails get replies.
- Fast. You'd rather ship a strong draft today than a perfect one next week.
- Curious about AI — not as a buzzword, but as the thing reshaping every industry you'll ever work in.
- Ownership-obsessed. You don't wait to be told. You find the gap and close it.

Bonus points if you've built something — a side project, a community, a small business, a following. We care about proof, not pedigree.
