Altveda is building a modern Ayurvedic wellness brand with a mission to make natural health simple, honest, and accessible through high-quality, plant-based products.

We’re at an exciting stage where we’re looking for a founding partner to help scale the business and shape its future.

About the Role

This is not a traditional job. It is an chance to become a core part of building Altveda from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the founder to drive growth, acquire customers, build strategic partnerships, and help prepare the company for fundraising.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute growth strategies for the brand.
- Lead digital marketing across performance marketing, content, SEO, email, and social media.
- Scale our D2C business through our website and online marketplaces.
- Build strategic partnerships with retailers, wellness professionals, influencers, and other brands.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue channels.
- Support fundraising by preparing investor materials, networking with investors, and participating in fundraising discussions.




- Help define long-term business strategy and key decisions.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Growth Marketing
- D2C & E-commerce
- Business Development
- Fundraising or Startup Growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution.
- Strong ownership and willingness to solve problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for building a purpose-driven consumer brand.

Compensation This is an early-stage founding opportunity.

- No fixed salary initially.
- Compensation will begin through profit sharing from sales .
- Equity will be offered based on long-term commitment, contribution, and mutual alignment.
- Candidates interested in investing alongside their operational contribution are welcome to discuss it, though investment is entirely optional .
