About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Growth Executive to work closely with senior leadership on key business initiatives. This role offers exposure across multiple functions including strategy, operations, R&D;, marketing, regulatory affairs, business development, and special projects. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support planning and execution of strategic business initiatives.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business data analysis.

- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and other business documents.

- Track project timelines, action items, and follow up with stakeholders.





- Assist in process improvement and execution of special projects assigned by management.

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Masters’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.

- 2 – 4 years of experience in business operations, project management, strategy, consulting, or cross-functional roles.
