Tasks

- Lead sales strategy development and execution across all product lines
- Manage and optimize the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate high-value enterprise deals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Establish channel partnerships and strategic alliances
- Implement sales methodologies and processes to improve conversion rates
- Manage sales team performance and provide strategic guidance
- Target: Achieve 40%+ year-over-year revenue growth

Requirements

- Education: MBA from reputed institution (IIM/ISB/XLRI) or equivalent
- Experience: 1 years+ in growth roles within technology/consulting companies
- Industry: Prior experience in B2B technology, fintech, or skilled services
- Leadership: Minimum 1 years managing cross-functional teams
