Ltd., India's largest Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturer with 7 GWh manufacturing capacity, is looking for a Sales Strategy Manager / Growth Architect to join our team in Greater Noida. What you'll do:

? Drive business development across C&I; and utility-scale BESS/PV projects

? Build and execute high-impact sales strategies

? Develop solid client, EPC, and channel partner relationships

? Lead customer engagement from prospecting to project closure

? Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored energy solutions

? Analyze market trends, regulatory frameworks, and commercial opportunities We're looking for:

3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing,



or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Background in renewable energy, power sector, or energy storage (preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience with CRM tools, Excel-based financial modelling (NPV, IRR, DSCR), and data-driven decision-making ? Location: Greater Noida (On-site)
