Key Responblities

- Build, test, and deploy AI agents for business and creative workflows.
- Design AI-powered automation solutions for client requirements.
- Contribute to customer acquisition through outreach, lead generation, product demonstrations, and client engagement.
- Support business development by identifying potential customers and partnership opportunities.
- Develop AI-assisted video production workflows using generative AI tools.
- Create AI-generated marketing, training, and promotional video content.
- Perform market research and data analytics to support business decisions.
- Build prompt libraries, AI workflows, and reusable automation systems.
- Collaborate with product, research, and creative teams to improve AI solutions.
- Document AI workflows, experiments, and best practices.
- Continuously learn and evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and technologies.

Fellowship Duration 3–18 Months

Compensation

- The initial fellowship is unpaid(45-60 Days).
- Fellows transition to hourly paid compensation only after acquiring at least one paying client whose payment has been successfully received by the company.
- Hourly compensation is subject to project allocation, performance, and business requirements.

Performance Review

- The first 45–60 days perform or Exit serve as the initial performance evaluation period.
- Fellows who consistently demonstrate commitment, learning ability, professionalism, and performance will continue in the fellowship.
- Fellows who do not meet the required standards during this evaluation period may have their fellowship discontinued.

Working Hours

During Academic Coursework

- 24–32 hours per week.

During Summer and Winter Breaks

- 36–48 hours per week.

Experience Certificate Policy

- No experience certificate will be issued during the initial evaluation period or before completion of the minimum fellowship requirement(45-60 days).
- A Fellowship Experience Certificate will be issued only after successful completion of at least 180 days (6 months) of continuous fellowship, subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with company policies.
- Fellows who exit before completing 120-180 days will not be eligible for an experience certificate.

Application Process Selection Process Round 1 – Technical Assessment

This round evaluates the candidate's technical aptitude using practical AI and software engineering tasks, including AI architecture and vibe coding exercises.

Round 2 – Management & Growth Assessment This round evaluates business thinking and commercial potential. Assessment areas include: Customer acquisition strategy. Revenue generation mindset. Business development skills. Growth thinking. Data analytics and decision-making. Ability to interpret business data and provide actionable insights. Leadership potential and ownership.

Round 3 – Creative Interest Assessment

We believe exceptional AI video production studio creative interests. Candidates will be asked to showcase their creative abilities in one or more areas, including:

Film Storytelling ,Music ,Dance ,Painting, Photography ,Graphic Design Animation ,Writing Game Design Other creative disciplines

During this round, candidates should: Present their portfolio or previous work. Discuss their creative journey and interests. Complete a short creative or problem-solving task relevant to their area of

Timeframe: 2 hours

Mandatory Policy

? No direct full-time employment is offered at the outset.

✅ All selected candidates must first complete a minimum 18 Months Fellowship Sap impact Fellowship or consulting engagement.

We follow a strict engagement structure based on the academic stage of the applicant to ensure seriousness, fairness, and real industry alignment.

Mandatory for Final-Year & Above (Undergraduate Only – Early Years)

Impact fellowship are offered only to undergraduate students in:

- Learning-focused participation under supervision
- Limited responsibility and structured guidance

Final-Year Undergraduate & Postgraduate Policy For the following candidates:
- Final-year undergraduate students (4th year or equivalent)
- Postgraduate students (any year)

Project-Based Consulting Engagement 45,60,90 Days

- 1st year
- 2nd year
- 3rd years

Eligible candidates from the above categories will be onboarded through a Project-Based Consulting Engagement instead of an impact fellowship This model is rigorous, execution-driven, and performance-evaluated.

Why We Do Not Offer project based fellowship at This Level

Final-year undergraduate and postgraduate candidates are expected to:

- Demonstrate professional-level capability
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Contribute meaningful value to core products and AI workflows
- Be evaluated as potential full-time hires, not trainees

Impact fellowship do not meet these expectations and therefore are not suitable for this level.

Based on performance:

- Top performers may be offered permanent full-time roles
- Others exit with verifiable, real-world project credentials
- Performance-based references are provided where applicable
