Key Job

Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- New Product development and commercialization:

Basis the consumer Interface , Feedback and understanding the Market Design and Development of Fresh neutral and fermented dairy drinks, Long life neutral and fermented dairy drinks, Spoonable set and stirred yoghurts, Natural and Processed cheese, Dairy whitener and Fat rich dairy products.

New products: Partner with business teams on developing and launching new products meeting agreed timelines.

Disruptive Innovation: Develop and launch disruptive dairy products that are first in the market and in turn to build competitive advantage.

Creating future pipe line of dairy products.

Building the partnership with Vendors and Business Partners to develop products.

Engage in the product design development to deliver min 55:45 win vs competition (target

60:40) in the market place.





Co-ordination and collaboration with co packer for product commercialization.

Positive understanding of Milk production and raw milk quality in relation to Indian and

International market.

- Value optimization:

Evaluate process technologies and formulations aimed at increasing the group margins without compromising on product quality and consumer acceptability Develop formulation with novel ingredients, avoiding short term and long term capital expenditure
- Systems & processes : Technology transfer docket, manual, SOP
- Compliance: Ensuring the claim and SRA requirement and ensuring Zero Damage to the Business

and its continuity.
- Building product development and people Capability

Co-ordination and commissioning of dairy pilot facility Train and lead team of product developers in organizing, developing and implementing of innovation, margin enhancement and alternate ingredients development projects.

Lead development of team through Deployment of Training Plans and Coaching- Ensure proper utilization of team’s potential and capability through effective team management

Education

Qualification Masters in Dairy science
