Role Description The Group Head – Supply Chain & Procurement is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain and procurement activities across the organization. This role involves planning and managing sourcing strategies, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials and services.

The position leads daily operations, including monitoring procurement processes, optimizing logistics, and aligning supply chain performance with business objectives and cost targets.

The Group

Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.



The role also includes mentoring and guiding team members, setting performance standards, and maintaining high levels of internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management to oversee planning, logistics, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Procurement, including strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities to manage, motivate, and develop a multi-disciplinary supply chain and procurement team.
- Focus on Customer Service to maintain effective stakeholder communication and support internal and external customer needs.
- Proven experience in a senior supply chain or procurement leadership role, preferably in a mid-to-large scale organization.
- Ability to analyze data, use ERP or supply chain systems, and make decisions based on key performance indicators.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is an advantage.
